Director of Client Engagement

I collaborate with the WWA team to develop a wide range of client engagement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, build greater brand awareness, earn client loyalty and support the dynamic growth of the firm. 

I am passionate about the client experience and have had the honor throughout my professional career to deliver on promises made. I am driven to get the right things done right.  Tenacity, empathy, and focus on the details have allowed me to build a solid reputation for achieving results. I love working together with the WWA team to nurture long-term, loyal client relationships that provide clients with financial peace of mind.

I fell in love with New York City at a young age and was fortunate to begin my working life in the Big Apple. Ultimately, my career was split between both coasts, where I held leadership positions in sales, operations and relationship management. A pragmatic Midwesterner, I graduated from Indiana University’s School of Business in Bloomington, IN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  

Along with my husband and teenage children, we regularly enjoy family day trips, good food and friends, and always cheering on the Stanley Cup-winning Washington Capitals. Go Caps!
