If you’ve ever met or worked with us, you are probably well aware of how serious we take client service. If you have yet to work with us yet, we hope you’ll be surprisingly pleased by how above and beyond we go when it comes to providing our clients an excellent experience working with us.
Our firm is deeply rooted in client service. After years of working for large financial institutions, I founded Washington Wealth Advisors with the goal of providing independent advice that put my clients' best interests first. My former colleague, Todd Youngdahl, joined Washington Wealth Advisors shortly after, also with a desire to provide his clients with independent and unbiased advice without conflicts of interest.
Since then, our firm has grown to include a whole team of dedicated professionals. In addition to our advisory team that includes Jane Huang and Ann Blakey, we have a Director of Client Engagement, Suzanne K. Serway, and two Client Relationship Coordinators, Alexandra Devereaux and Nadine Sadeghi. We believe having several team members dedicated to service is essential to providing our clients a wonderful experience when working with us. Our fantastic team works to develop a broad range of client engagement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience, build greater brand awareness, and support the dynamic growth of our practice.
As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and fiduciary, our firm is in a unique position to provide a higher level of care and service than the average financial services practice. As fiduciaries, we are legally required to put clients’ interests above all else. Because a large financial institution does not manage our firm, we have no proprietary investments to sell, conflicts of interest, or quotas to meet. Instead, we are proud to offer advice that is unbiased and in our clients’ best interest.
